We craft our own breads, pastries and artisanal charcuterie products using our passion for experimentation and respect of tradition. We strive to source our ingredients within a 150-mile radius of The Orchard. By harvesting local food that is at the peak of its season and flavor, we nurture ourselves, our Owners and our land.”
