Executive Chef Jeffrey Jake believes in comforting, well-balanced, flavorful dishes that are simple in concept and emphasize natural flavors. Our inspiration and direction come from access to the finest local ingredients, including organic fruits and vegetables as well as humanely raised free-range game and meats. We craft our own breads, pastries and artesian charcuterie products using our passion for experimentation and respect of tradition. We strive to source our ingredients within a 150-mile radius of The Orchard. By harvesting local food that is at the peak of its season and flavor, we nurture ourselves, our Owners and our land.
