The Concierge staff at The Orchard is at your service to make arrangements prior to your arrival and tend to any of your needs during your stay. Some of the services available include reserving dining and tee times, arranging spa treatments, and scheduling babysitting so you can enjoy a romantic dinner for two.

Housekeeping
Light daily cleaning services as well as a full cleaning at the end of each stay are provided for all Owners.

Pre-Arrival Grocery Shopping
At your request, your favorite foods, beverages and necessities - including any of the organic and artisanal groceries, wines and products at MARKET - will be stocked in your Cottage just prior to your arrival

Room Service
Complete room service is available for all Owners and their guests for the occasions when an intimate in-residence meal or snack sounds like the most indulgent and comfortable dining option.

Long-Term Storage
All Owners at The Orchard fractional homes will have access to secure, temperature-controlled storage for wine and personal items. Upon request, stored items will be placed in your residence prior to arrival, ensuring a hassle-free visit each and every time.
