Tab Title: Golf

Tab Body:

For those that enjoy a round of golf before relaxing by the pool or heading off for an afternoon of wine tastings, The Orchard Homes enjoy the most convenient location to the best courses in the region. There are six courses within 20 minutes, and each offers a completely unique experience.

Eagle Vines Golf Club is the newest addition to the robust Wine Country golf scene. Carved into the rolling hills and adjacent to the Chardonnay golf course, Eagle Vines was designed by World Golf Hall of Fame member Johnny Miller. Many find this to be one of the more visually rewarding courses in the area as it winds through oak trees, bubbling creeks, and picturesque vineyards. (10 minutes from the Resort)

The Chardonnay Golf Club was the original Carneros golf course and offers 18 holes of championship golf to challenge players of all skill levels. The track is the one local course that runs almost completely through the vines - 150 acres of Chardonnay and Merlot vineyards - as well as lakes, seasonal creek crossings, and heritage oaks. (10 minutes from the Resort)

Hiddenbrooke Golf Club is a world-class championship golf course designed by renowned golfer Arnold Palmer. This is one of the more challenging courses in the region, especially when the wind is up. Low handicap players will find this a genuine reward. Hiddenbrooke offers challenging elevation changes as well as excellent course conditions, and every hole features at least five sets of tees. (20 minutes from the Resort)

Silverado Golf Resort is the work of Robert Trent Jones, Jr, and includes two courses, each in the distinctive style of their architect. Here are two 18’s that meander along with seasonal streams and beneath giant spreading oaks, a setting that is surely one of the most beautiful in the region. The legendary clubhouse and grounds make any outing to Silverado memorable. (15 minutes from the Resort)

Sonoma National Golf Club is a bit of a hidden gem best known to locals. The course is a classic layout, long, true to the origins of the game. Recently restored to its original intentions, purists of the game will find the course challenging and rewarding. The course is located just north of old Sonoma town on Arnold Drive.
